Ladies First Celebrity Golf Classic Announces Celebrity GolfersEclectic Mix of Women Celebrities Make Up Field for Third Annual Event
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 15, 2007) – The third annual Ladies First Celebrity Golf Classic - the only Celebrity Charity Golf Tournament to feature an all-female field of celebrities - will take place May 18 to 20 at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA and the Cimarron Golf Resort in Cathedral City, CA. The Classic raises funds for the Women’s Sports Foundation’s GoGirlGo! Initiative. Female celebrities from the worlds of sports, movies, television, and music participate.
The three-day weekend event features golf rounds and clinics, receptions, dinners, evening entertainment, and, for the first time, the Classic opens its doors to the public, with a Saturday evening concert by five-woman rock band Antigone Rising (at VIBE at Morongo), and a Sunday afternoon Celebrity Tournament spectator day (at Cimarron).
